Service Policies

We are a small women owned business and grateful for your trust and your business. Please be mindful of the following terms and conditions as our client or future client.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your cleaning appointment the same week without an additional fee if space is available. If not, an additional $20 is added to the service fee for every week past the original service date. 

You may reschedule your service by responding “R” to the text message you received for your scheduled cleaning. If you do not have the text message, please contact Jasmine directly.

Our space and flexibility is limited. Please know we cannot guarantee another day or time.

Cancel one-time appointment

You can cancel an appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, when you book our services in the future a 50% deposit will be required.

Skipping or canceling an appointment (Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly)

If you need to skip a scheduled cleaning for any reason other than sickness or family emergency, an extra service fee is applicable (weekly clients will not be affected).  Bi-weekly clients will incur up to an additional $40 to their next service date. Monthly will incur up to an additional $80 to their next service date.

If you desire to cancel an appointment and not reschedule, it must be done two weeks in advance to avoid paying for the service in full (with no service rendered).

You may cancel your service date by responding “C” to the text message you received for your scheduled cleaning. If you do not have the text message, please contact Jasmine directly.

 

Sickness or Emergency

Please contact Jasmine directly within 24 hours if someone is sick or a family emergency arises. Service will be postponed until the next scheduled service date (for recurring clients). A reschedule fee will not apply.

Payment Policy

Payment for service is due no later than 6 pm on the day of service. An overdue invoice will incur up to a $20 late fee.

Forms of Payment

Our online invoicing securely processes a payment using credit cards, debit cards, and bank payments (ACH).

Alternate payment methods are available upon request if needed.

Service Feedback

If you have questions or concerns regarding the service you received, please get in touch with us before the end of the business day. If necessary, we will return to correct any issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, the issue will be noted for future service date. If no correspondence is received, we will assume the service was satisfactory. 

Lock Out - Access Denied

If we are denied access to the property for a scheduled cleaning service, a $50 service fee will be charged. The invoice will be due upon receipt, and service will not resume until paid.

Upcharge

    Some activities or changes in the home environment will result in extra cleaning hours that require an upcharge. A few examples are (but are not limited to):

    • additional people in the home
    • new or additional pets
    • events or parties

    If you have had significant changes in your home in between service dates, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, the upcharge will be discussed before
